The Gun clocks in at an average of 315 FPS with .20 gram BB’s and can spit them out as fast as you can pull the trigger. Negatives Of The Umarex G36CV

While the above review covers the positive aspect of the gun there are a few negatives that go along with the Umarex G36CV.They are not huge negatives but minor ones however they are still worth mentioning.

The first negative is that there is no battery or charger included with the G36CV.You will have to purchase these items separately which will add to the cost of the gun. While this is minor it must be noted.

Another negative of the Umarex G36CV is the gun is front wired to the normal G36 battery placement. This makes it a tight fit, it makes no sense why Umarex did not wire it to the rear considering the large KV style stock!

And finally the electric blowback system does tend to decrease battery life and slow the rate of fire by about 1-2 RPS. It does add to the realism but at the cost of performance. The good news is that the blowback system is easy to disable if you want to bump the RPS up a bit!

First is that the clearance between the top rail and the charging handle is very tight making it hard to pull back if you are wearing gloves. To make it a bit more difficult the charging handle on the MTC does not lock back either so you have to hold it back to adjust your hop up!

The battery that is included is not of the highest quality but it does get the job done. The included wall charger has no auto cut off and makes over charging and damaging your battery a very realistic possibility. I would recommend buying a smart charger and a better back up battery

Drawbacks To The Umarex Elite Force M4 Series

While there are many good things about the Umarex Elite Force M4 f guns there are a few negatives that I need to mention. First off the included high capacity magazines are made from a polymer material and   be the first thing to break. They give you (2) but it will be the first thing you want to upgrade on this gun.

Additionally the hop up chamber while great at holding the hop setting is hard to adjust. People with larger fingers might have a hard time turning the hop dial. I over came this by using a small screw driver to set my hop up, once it was set though it stay consistent and did not need to be messed with during the course of a days game play.
